Orthopedic acupuncture

Having an unexpected pain, trauma, or injury to the body while working up to bigger fitness and wellness goals is a major set-back to an active lifestyle. Either an old injury shows up again, or a new one gets worse. This is to be expected when our muscles develop. When muscle contraction can change the alignment of our entire skeleton, new muscles or weaker muscles can get hurt.

This is to be expected but it can be so frustrating because right when we start seeing results, or finding that fun routine we like, an injury like this can set back a routine or new and exciting chapter in our lives weeks or more.
